Lancaster Pa. -- Armstrong Flooring announced that Douglas B. Bingham, vice president, of treasury and investor relations, has been promoted to senior vice president, CFO and treasurer, effective immediately. Bingham has oversight of global finance, treasury, investor relations and accounting functions and reports directly to Donald R. Maier, the company’s president and CEO. Bingham succeeds Ronald D. Ford, who resigned from the company to pursue other interests.

Bingham has served as the company’s vice president of treasury and investor relations since its separation from Armstrong World Industries in April 2016. He also managed the company’s finance teams in China and Australia. Prior to the separation, he served as AWI’s director of treasury and risk management, and as general manager of finance, building products Asia-Pacific. Bingham has a bachelor’s degree in economics and biology from Cornell University and an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
