Dallas, Texas -- Dal-Tile’s production facility in Muskogee, Okla., was recently recognized by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) for “zero recordables and zero lost time accidents” during 2017. OSHA’s Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) awarded Dal-Tile’s Muskogee team with the coveted “Star of Excellence.” This award is the highest level of achievement given by OSHA.
