Premier Tile has been utilizing its current ERP system since 2005, but it became clear that its usage challenged the software’s capabilities. There were also many instances where Premier Tile could not service its customers because the system was not designed specifically for flooring. Concerns with hardware infrastructure, lack of future scalability, and limited hosting options lead Premier Tile to select a new business management solution. DNav is a fully integrated enterprise management solution designed specifically for floor covering retailers, manufacturers, and distributors with fully-integrated sales processing, mobile data access, inventory management, business intelligence, and accounting.
