Mats Inc. has introduced Cork & Color, the newest addition to the company’s Panorama rubber flooring collections. Fashionable flooring that combines design and quality, Panorama Cork & Color creates a mood and an impression while meeting the durability requirements of demanding commercial buildings, according to the company.
The new Cork & Color collection features 14 contemporary colors whimsically named after varieties of grapes, as well as offers options such as thicknesses ranging from 4mm-12mm, glue-down or interlocking tile formats and custom color creation.
“Compelling hues of intense color offer texture and distinct personality, neutral anchors provide flexibility to mix easily with other colors and graceful pastels express transparency with a subtle glow,” stated JoAnn Durette, vice president of marketing at Mats Inc. “Panorama Cork & Color celebrates diversity of color and materials by uniting natural cork flakes with recycled rubber and EPDM granules.”
According to the compqany, Panorama is non-vulcanized and non-laminated homogeneous color, made with 100% post-consumer recycled rubber and EPDM rubber granules. Interlocking tiles are 37”x37” and are installed without adhesive and square edge tiles are 38”x38” for glue-down applications. Panorama Cork & Color is akin to Panorama Living Color rubber flooring with the added design feature of natural cork.
The collection is known for its carpet-like style, comfort and sound insulation properties that are combined with the wear performance, non-allergenic characteristics and easy-to-clean benefits of resilient flooring. Panorama provides colorful flooring opportunities for the environments most important to everyday lives, work, education and retail.
