Emser Tile, designer, marketer and producer of tile and natural stone, announced Yakedo by Emser Tile as hard surfaces flooring category winner for the 16th annual Hospitality Design Awards.
Inspired by the sand floors of nature’s great oceans, Sabbia Marmo captivates with a soft curved, linear pattern that is reminiscent of undercurrent markings on the ocean floor.
The Flat collection, inspired by the materials of urban architecture, is comprised of nonpatterned tiles that come in cool and warm concrete tones to pair perfectly with the patterned tiles of My City and Sector.
The Pambiche Collection are dry pressed porcelain designs slightly weathered along the edges with a matte finish that imparts a feathery hand like that of finely crafted terra cotta tile.
“The Sector series is based on the combinations of three different textures made of assorted geometric shapes of differing heights to recreate the diverse levels and layers that compose our cities,” Laura Grilli, lead product designer for Daltile.
“The My City series harnesses the energy of the big city with geometric lines inspired by the transit systems found in three of the most dynamic cities in the world: New York, London, and Shanghai,” said Laura Grilli, lead product designer for Daltile.
