Raefer Wallis, founder of GIGA, an internationally recognized team of architects promoting green building in China, spoke at a seminar hosted by Novalis.

Speaking on the topic of 'Reset Certified: Building data meets social data,' Wallis' presentation was about the merger of building data and social data in regards to thinking of buildings not just as green but healthy.
